Peanut Butter Pudding/Ice Cream

Today the OM Kitchen was back at inventing and here’s the result: a Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding or Ice Cream you choose!

Recipe:
2 ripe avocados
1 ripe banana
2 tbs unsweetened cacao
1 tbs raw honey
1 capful pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup of either water, nut milk or coffee – that’s what I used
2 scoops plant protein powder stevia sweetened, soy & whey free
4 tbs natural peanut butter

Threw all but PB in the Ninja and smashed it up! Filled half the 4 containers with chocolate banana blended mixture, then put 3/4 of a tablespoon of PB on top of each then finished off the chocolate mixture on top with a 1/4 tbs of PB drizzled on top.

Mine went in freezer and hubby’s in fridge. Yummy, healthy treats for dessert on a Saturday night or any night it’s so quick and easy!
