Fall Schedule

We have worked so hard on our new schedule and we’re very happy to announce it to all of the yogi’s in our community! This Fall you will see old favourites along side fresh teachers. Michellene has added some evening restorative classes incorporating different healers into your practice. Shawn is serving up Hatha classes and a quick noon hour time to squeeze in your practice during lunch break.

Mandy has the beginners covered after work hours and guides a beautiful movement & meditation class Monday mornings. Caitlin holds space for the early birds looking for their daily practice to jumpstart each week day!

Ali & Charmaine have taken over Friday nights offering back to back yoga classes. Start with a yang flow practice and end with a yin session. Janine has permanently placed her workshops on our weekly schedule Sunday and Thursday nights. If you haven’t tried a hot stone class yet what are you waiting for?!

Last but not least we are tickled to have Tess teaching Kundalini each Tuesday. Whether you’ve been practicing for awhile or are just curious Tess is a wealth of knowledge and loves to share her teachings!
