Baked Parmesan Talapia (or Basa)

Delicious dinner in under 10 minutes!

Oven Baked Parmesan Tilapia & Roasted Veggies

4 Tilapia Fillets (Basa or Sole work nicely too)
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp tumeric
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp fresh dill

Pre heat oven to broil. Lay fish on foil lined baking sheet. Broil fish 3 minutes, meanwhile mix rest of ingredients in small bowl. Take fish out, flip it over and top each one with equal amounts of mixture, broil another 3-4 minutes.
