Parfait for Breakfast!? Oh yes we did!!
1 cup cooked quinoa (I cooked mine in coconut water)
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
3 cups coconut milk
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup raw honey, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
fruit of choice ( I used blueberries and strawberries)
