Pumpkin Waffles ¼ coconut palm sugar 3 tbsp cornstartch 1 ¼ cup whole wheat spelt flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ginger ¼ tsp cloves ¼ tsp nutmeg 2 large eggs 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup pumpkin puree 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and warm   Combine sugar and cornstarch in a large bowl.  Mix until well combined to break apart cornstarch.  Add remaining dry ingredients.
